Experienced journalist_Professional press photographer_PR copywriter
I am a professionally qualified journalist and photographer based in Nottingham in the East Midlands. I have written articles and shot pictures for the UK national press, as well as for publications throughout Europe and the US. I am able to travel throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide as part of an assignment.
My typical press photography work includes covering news events and shooting sports like football, cricket, tennis and horse-racing, but I also do fashion shoots, portraits, weddings, events and corporate work.
As a photojournalist, I have carried out assignments in India, Israel, Palestine, South Africa, the US and Europe. These have ranged from documenting the lives of gas survivors in Bhopal 20 years after the world's worst industrial accident, to shadowing the work of Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance drivers in Ramallah and the West Bank. I am currently working on a project about the lives of people who are suffering from asbestos-related diseases.

Besides photography, I am a skilled and respected journalist and I carry out a lot of editorial work. I have written mainly on business and legal issues for leading newspapers and business magazines such as The Financial Times, The Observer, Financial Director, Business Insurance and Accountancy Age, but I have also contributed to New Internationalist, Tribune and Private Eye.
